Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing the kkfb platform or creating an account, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all Bangladeshi users. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Kkfb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be notified on the platform along with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Users are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.
Account Creation, Eligibility & Security
To open an account with kkfb, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. kkfb reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time. Each individual may hold only one account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials completely confidential. You are fully liable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify the kkfb support team immediately. Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the kkfb platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from disrupting other users' experience. Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities, hacking, or using automated software to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. Accounts found engaging in such activities will be suspended immediately.
Using the platform for money laundering or fraud is a criminal offence, and kkfb is obligated to report any such activity to the relevant authorities. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or promotions for unfair gain will result in the cancellation of those bonuses. Users must conduct themselves honestly, in good faith, and in accordance with the platform's guidelines at all times.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on kkfb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and approved banking channels. All deposit amounts must fall within the minimum and maximum limits displayed on the platform. A confirmation notification is sent to your account upon completion of each transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe once verified. Withdrawals are generally made via the same payment method used for the original deposit. If suspicious activity is detected on any transaction, kkfb may request additional verification. kkfb reserves the right to freeze funds and pursue legal action in cases of fraudulent transactions.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the kkfb platform are the exclusive intellectual property of kkfb. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only; copying, distributing, or reproducing any content without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. Violations of this provision may result in legal action.
Kkfb is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, or network issues on the platform. kkfb also bears no responsibility for problems arising through third-party payment gateways or other external services. Any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions are solely the user's responsibility. kkfb provides platform services only and does not guarantee betting outcomes.
Account Suspension, Closure Policy & Applicable Law
Kkfb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under any of the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, providing a false identity, or pursuant to a legal order. If a balance exists at the time of closure, a refund process will be initiated following verification — however, funds will be seized if fraud is established.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. By remaining in agreement with kkfb, you fully accept this legal framework.
If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. Certain provisions of these Terms & Conditions — particularly those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will remain in effect even after account closure.
